For security, we require a signature upon delivery. Kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card for you to arrange a collection from your local post office.
Lotusier cannot accept responsibility for customs and handling charges levied by authorities in the country of destination.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking reference.
Should you have any special delivery requests please email info@lotusier.com stating your order reference. A signature is required on all deliveries, so we are unable to leave your packages in a secure place without someone signing for it.
If items are faulty or incorrect please inform us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@lotusier.com stating your order reference.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of the items purchased, you can exchange* them or receive a credit note.
You must return the goods to Lotusier in the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk. Lotusier is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred while returned goods are in transit. Please ensure that your item is trackable while being returned, e.g. through a parcel delivery or courier service.
Items should be returned to Lotusier Unit 1a 97 Sloane Street, SW1X 7PE, London, UK.
A credit note will be processed within 5 working days upon receiving the goods back.
*Please note that bespoke items can only be returned if they are faulty.
